SHaNa™ Capsules

SHaNa™ is a blend of natural phytowax, botanical extracts, amino acids and vitamins found in healthy skin and keratin. It helps manage seasonal allergies and boost a healthy immune system, providing anti-inflammatory and anti-viral support.

SHaNa is formulated with the following ingredients:

• Topical Plus (proprietary blend), containing docosanol, triacontanol, Oryza sativa wax extract, and Matraxol Technology® (glycyl, lysine, leucine)
• Vitamin A, from beta-carotene
• Vitamin D3, as cholecalciferol

Ingredient features:

• Triacontanol – Alcohol derived from plant cuticle waxes that deters free radical formation and lipid peroxidation
• Docosanol – Saturated fatty alcohol derived from beeswax that reduces the longevity and severity of viruses by inhibiting entry of viruses into body’s target cells and disrupting viral replication. “It is possible that interaction between the highly lipophilic compound and components of target cell membranes renders such target cells less susceptible to viral fusion and/or entry.”^1,2 Important use as a preventative measure for viral protection and also during active viral infections.^1,2
• Lysine – Essential amino acid that supports the immune system.
• Vitamin D3 – Fat-soluble vitamin that plays a vital role in maintaining bone and muscle strength and supporting healthy immunity. Elderly, women, immune- and/or respiratory-compromised individuals, and individuals working jobs indoors, should have vitamin D levels tested.

*Special Alert: While SHaNa has not specifically been tested with the new coronavirus (COVID-19), its ingredients, specifically docosanol, has been scientifically proven to inhibit replication of RNA and DNA enveloped viruses. COVID-19 is an RNA enveloped virus.
