IMUNO-2865^®

Imuno-2865^® contains a naturally sourced mixture of hemicellulose and fatty acids that have been extracted from mushrooms and rice bran cereal. These extracts provide beta-glucan support for a healthy immune system every day, but especially when the immune system is faced with challenges like bacterial or viral infections, environmental contaminants, or stressors.

Specifically, the ingredient blend of Imuno-2865^® provides:

• Beta-glucans, extracted from 3 species of mushroom (shitake, maitake, and lingzhi), rice bran, and flowering plants, support the immune system by binding to and strengthening macrophages, neutrophils, and natural killer cells. It also works with IL-2 to support natural killer cell activity, production of TNF-a, and B- and T- lymphocyte function.¹ Additionally yams provide antioxidant support to the liver, both on their own and by promoting production of the body’s own potent antioxidants glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase, and enhance digestive enzyme intestinal secretion.²
• Arabinoxylan, a type of hemicellulose found in the outer covering of rice (rice bran), is a major component of the dietary fiber in grains and acts as a pre- and post-biotic supporting digestion.
• Arabinogalactan, a polysaccharide sourced from bark of the Larch tree (Larix occidentalis), stimulates the immune system by increasing release of TNF-a, interferon gamma, and interleukins (IL) 1 and 6. It also provides pre- and post-biotic intestinal support by promoting short chain fatty acid production in the large intestine and concentrates in the liver, supporting normal liver function and health.³

Arabinoxylan and arabinogalactan contain sugars, galactose, arabinose, and xylose, that act as antioxidants to protect cells from damaging free radicals.
